Space transformations 

Jahlise purchased this 70's era townhouse as her first home. It was occupied by the same owner for the last 40 years and was in need of a total remodel and update. The project required removal of the original carpet, mold mitigation, new drywall and patching, replacement of bathroom and kitchen plumbing, moving light fixtures, installation of flooring, and paint. Jahlise was working with a small budget of $3,000 and completed the work herself in 6 weeks. It was during this project that she discovered her passion for DIY and interior design.
